Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring requirements within the Hospitality (HoReCa) sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring.
Source and screen candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews and support the selection process.
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Support Hospitality (HoReCa) hiring requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
Mandatory experience in Hospitality/HoReCa hiring
Strong sourcing & communication skills
