Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, acquiring customers, and building strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.
Generate leads independently and drive customer acquisition through direct sales activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting products and services.
Achieve sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Engage with prospective customers and convert opportunities into business.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and customer requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Direct Sales / Field Sales
Proven experience in self-lead generation
Strong sales and customer acquisition skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and well-groomed personality
Proficiency in English and local language
Comfortable with late working hours and weekend working
