Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, preparing management reports, and establishing efficient MIS systems. This role requires a proactive individual who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly Profit & Loss statements and other management reports.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain MIS (Management Information Systems) for effective reporting and decision-making.
  • Perform and supervise regular reconciliations (vendor, customer, inter-company, etc.).
  • Monitor financial performance and highlight key variances or financial leakage to management.
  • Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting as required.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of experience in Financial Markets. (Required)
  • The candidate will be required to take the SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority) examinations post-joining.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Flexible, quick learner, and adaptable to changing business needs.
