We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to manage marketing campaigns, digital platforms, media collaborations, events, and brand activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing strategy, branding, digital channels, and experience handling agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, coordinating with agencies and vendors, and supporting brand visibility across multiple platforms.
Develop marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, coordinate with creative agencies for content, designs, and campaign assets, and track industry trends and innovations.
Manage and execute social media calendars, paid digital campaigns, geo-targeted campaigns, and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest while tracking performance metrics and coordinating with agencies for reporting and analytics.
Manage website and SEO activities including keyword research, blog integration, Google My Business (GMB) performance, website content updates, and organic growth activities through platforms like Wikipedia and Quora.
Ensure timely availability of brochures, renders, folders, and promotional materials while coordinating with vendors for printing, production, cost approvals, and vendor negotiations.
Coordinate with media houses including Vogue, Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and HELLO! while managing brand collaborations and event partnerships.
Plan and execute events with internal teams and external agencies while overseeing hampers, inserts, and experiential marketing activities.
Analyze ROI of marketing campaigns, prepare reports on spend versus results, and track lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Manage photoshoots and video shoots while coordinating with vendors, shoot teams, and editors to ensure final output quality.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
5–8 years of experience
Experience in Luxury Industry preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, branding, and digital channels
Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience handling agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
