Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have experience in Java development, backend technologies, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs along with strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

The Java Developer will be responsible for developing backend applications, working on APIs and microservices, collaborating with teams, and supporting application development activities.

  • Develop backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Work on Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Handle database-related tasks using MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Use tools such as Git and Maven/Gradle during development processes.
  • Collaborate with teams and contribute to application development and problem-solving activities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Java development
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC
  • Understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with Git and Maven/Gradle
  • Basic Docker knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field preferred
