We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a luxury design brand. The role focuses on building strong brand presence across offline and online channels, targeting HNIs, UHNIs, and design professionals. In the first 3 months, the candidate is expected to deeply understand the business, services, and target audience to ensure all marketing efforts align with brand positioning and premium market expectations.
Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints. The role requires close collaboration with leadership, creative teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and event platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Manage and Lead content creation including social media posts, articles, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateralssocial media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels aligned with luxury positioning.
Manage and mentor the marketing team and coordinate with creative agencies for high-quality design outputs.
Drive 360-degree digital marketing strategy across Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, SEO, paid campaigns, and geo-targeted advertising.
Collaborate with premium media houses such as Vogue, Elle Décor, and similar publications for brand visibility.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Oversee product photoshoots, video production, and ensure brand-aligned visual storytelling.
Work closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials including renders, videos, and promotional assets.
Requirements
MBA in Marketing from a reputed/top-tier institute preferred.
10+ years in marketing, preferably in luxury brands.
Strong exposure to HNI/UHNI customer segment.
Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Prior exposure to interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and performance campaigns
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
